Clean rooms with a lovely pool area. the restaurant service can be quite slow during busy hours.

What they got right and wrong

We thoroughly enjoyed the diverse breakfast and the lovely pool area where relaxation was guaranteed

The soundproofing issues in the rooms made for noisy nights which detracted from our overall comfort

The check-in process was excruciatingly slow, taking over 45 minutes just to reach the counter. My room was tiny and entirely different from the pictures, and I had issues with amenities like the room safe being deactivated unless I paid extra. the bar staff's inconsistency about charging for ice was frustrating, and the buffet dining experience was marred by a lack of free drinks, which inflated our costs significantly.

the breakfast ordeal was ridiculous, lacking enough glasses and cups. also, i had to endure that weird buzzing sound in my room like i was in a sci-fi movie. and seriously, no complimentary anything despite the inconveniences? almost left a good review, but just couldn’t! imagine expecting some basic creature comforts at a so-called 4-star hotel!

The breakfast spread was impressive with a chef serving fresh omelets, catering to various dietary preferences.

Unfortunately, there was a lack of attention to room cleaning. on multiple days, we noticed missing towels and an absence of amenities like glasses for drinks.

Nice pool area

I loved chilling by the multiple pools and enjoyed the live band playing by the water. The relaxation options were spot on, especially the spa and poolside cabanas. Just a heads up, the beds tended to slide around a bit, but it didn’t ruin my stay! 😊

I enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, which was a perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring. The location was close to everything I needed, including the beach. I appreciated the friendly staff at the reception who made check-in easy. Finding parking was manageable with my rental car, especially in the afternoons. I also loved that there was a lot of space in my room, making it comfortable to relax.

I loved that it was just a short 6-minute walk to the beach and that there were so many delightful restaurants nearby like El Fogon7 and Hacienda Brasil SL, making it easy to enjoy local flavors during my stay.

Recommend for a couple of nights

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, with a nice garden and pool area made my solo trip enjoyable. I also appreciated the variety offered at breakfast, especially the options for dietary preferences, and the convenient location only 27 km from the nearest airport.
